Here is a typical sproutarian meal

 

A tray of wheatgrass (as juice) 30 minutes before the main meal. 

Then blended alfalfa sprouts, barley sprouts, pea shoot greens and lentil sprouts.

 lt not only fills you up, it makes you feel great afterwards. lt is also perfectly combined. Why put fruit and incombined foods in a blender?...that is not healthy....that is a disaster! We have so many so called raw food vegan leaders on youtube who teach us to eat and blend in exactly the opposite way we should be eating and blending. Misinformation is everywhere! 

 Now you may think that this is pretty hardcore and that no-one can possibly eat like this, but it is much easier than you think it is. The hardest part of a raw vegan diet is feeling satisfied, but strangely enough this type of food is very satisfying and will keep hunger away for hours. So, when you feel hungry, reach for this type of food straight away before you have a chance to eat less desirable foods. l haven't always eaten like this, l was like everyone else and ate bad junk foods and ate meat at one stage and was overweight and sick, but l got sick and tired of my lifestyle and wanted to change it. lf l can do it, anyone can do it, BUT...you must be motivated and determined to stick with it and see the results. So even if people around you are cooking nice smelling food and some of your old favourites that might tempt you, as long as you feel satisfied and full on a sproutarian diet you will be o.k if you make a decision to stick with the diet and not stray onto the bad foods...the key is not to let yourself feel hungry when these nice smelling foods are cooking around you. Why sacrifice five or ten minutes of the pleasure of eating cooked food to feel awful and guilty for hours later. Why not stay raw, feel good and stay happy with your achievements.

lf you want to know how the most nutritious energizing food on the planet will impact you and your well being, try it! Everyone deserves to live life to the fullest, have high energy, high spirits, an enhanced spiritual factor and slowing down the aging clock dramatically. This won't happen with cooked food or by eating meat or dairy. 

 

 

How to start a sproutarian diet

l found the best way to transition to a sproutarian diet was to do two main things.  

1). Find a sproutarian who inspires you to eat the way they do. For me those mentors were the legendary founder of the sproutarian movement Ann Wigmore and Viktoras Kulvinskas. Both of these people had amazing stories and both were directors of the  world's top health retreat `Hippocrates Health lnstitute'. Dr Ann ate raw sprouts and weeds for around 40 years and completely rejuvenated her sick body to become youthful again and grow her natural hair colour back and to rid herself of cancer. Viktoras was a real raw food leader and gained much experience and knowledge throughout his raw journey too. Read all of Ann Wigmore's books and read Viktoras' books, especially `survival into the 21st century'. These will inspire you to stay with the sproutarian lifestyle. 

Another good thing to do is listen to all the youtubes by the current director of the Hippocrates Health Institute, Dr Brian Clement. He is the brains of the raw food sproutarian movement and has finally given full credibility to this way of eating. At last we have the science and 55 years clinical research to prove  that the sproutarian diet is the most health giving diet on the planet. Also read all the books written by Dr Clement. This man really knows his stuff. 

 

2). The easiest way to transition to a raw sproutarian diet is to go 50% raw to start with. So have fruit and nuts (unsprouted) until dinner time. But the real key is to eat a big bowl of alfalfa sprouts each day before your main meal at night, this is essential. The alfalfa (must sprout yourself) is very strong and potent when you first eat it, but stick with it, because after a short time (a week or two) it will change your taste buds into accepting much higher quality raw foods. This is the very beginning of the sproutarian lifestyle. lf you enjoy your conventional cooked main meal at night, make sure you eat the big bowl of alfalfa sprouts beforehand because it will have the effect of taking away the taste of the cooked meal and changing the way you think about cooked food....it will make it easier to give up. 

 

After a month or two of eating huge bowls of alfalfa sprouts each day, try sprouting mung beans and eating those as well. Spend an hour eating these things a day, and do it for months on end. After doing this, but a cheap manual wheatgrass juicer and start growing wheatgrass and having in the mornings followed by fruit. Then buy a blender and start growing more and more sprouts; have blended and juiced sprouts whenever you have the opportunity to drink them, try to have a big load of sprouts at least twice a day. Make sure your sprout rotation allows for this. By this time you will have given up eating the unsprouted raw nuts and would be eating sprouts instead. When you feel ready, take the big step to 100% raw, but if you can't 90% raw can easily be achieved. And if you do eat any cooked food, make sure you start the meal by eating/drinking a big load of raw sprouts with algaes and take extra digestive enzymes, and them top off with a small meal of steamed sprouts/vegetables. But always try being 100% raw for at least three days of the week and be 90% raw/10% cooked for the rest of the week if you can't be 100% all the time. But if you have severe health problems HHI recommends that you go 100% raw until your health has completely recovered. 

 

Keep on adding different sprouts as you feel ready. lt takes well over a year to get completely organised to become a full time sproutarian. You need lots of sprouting trays, outdoor shelves or indoor shelves, many sacks of seeds, and all types of things.  And you need to be diligent and plant everyday and rinse the sprouts morning and night without fail. lt will be tough at the start, but as the energy and happiness begins to flow to high levels, the sprouting work will become an ultimate pleasure as your attend to your greens while singing happy tunes in a delightful high of life. You will start to enjoy the sprouting very much and be happy and relaxed and the time will pass in a flash. The faster you vibrate through sprouted foods and meditation, the faster time goes by. lt's an amazing feeling of well being. 

Sprouted organic meals don't cost much & avoiding the immoral supermarkets!

lt is amazing how much money half dead produce such as fruits and vegetables cost from organic shops, it is unaffordable to most people, so why would you buy it if most of the `so called' fresh food is half dead to almost dead anyway? People have been conned into thinking that store bought fruit and vegetables are good for them, but once you start living on sprouts and you try the fruit and vegetables from shops, you will realise how lacking in life force these overpriced foods really are. Most of these fruits and vegetables in the shops were picked days or weeks before they are sold in the shops and they lack any significant electromagnetic vibration (chi, life force), so why pay top dollar for rubbish that isn't fresh???

 

The best thing to do is buy organic seeds from the health shops and start sprouting. Also buy organic nuts directly from farms and sprout them. Also buy fruits directly from farms [if you can] and eat them quickly. Also pick weeds and consume them quickly. Meals can be had for cheap by doing those things. l can eat a sesame sprout meal that will fill me for $1. l can eat a nice nut meal that will fill me for $1. l can also drink a large bowl full of greens to go along with those meals for $1. The sproutarian diet is the healthiest, but it is also the cheapest diet of all. But if you want to elevate it and make the diet faultless and perfect by including sea vegetables and algaes (they have nutrients that land foods don't have, so they complement the diet perfectly and provide maximum nutrition), that's when the diet becomes much more expensive. But if you aren't drinking alcohol or smoking or buying takeaway foods or buying coffee, milk, chocolates and other expensive items from the supermarkets, then these things (algaes and enzymes) are affordable to most people. Why pay supermarkets for over priced tinned and GM foods and animal foods that will harm you and addict you while you can be eating a fresh organic diet grown by yourself. lt's best to grow your own food so you know what you are eating. You can't trust the supermarkets, their foods are full of chemicals that are bad for you and they overcharge you for the privilege of eating their garbage, so why support such immoral businesses?...don't you think you are worth more than that!  

The issue of the negative effects of chemical additives to foods on humans deserves an entire chapter itself, even the vitamin and minerals added to foods has been proven dangerous according to double blind scientific studies. More on this another time. The research of the dangers of these chemicals and GM foods is well documented now, but these supermarkets and shops still sell these foods to humans because they simply don't care about people, they want profit and to keep their jobs at all costs. lt's time to wake up, become mostly independant and stop supporting these people. Start sprouting and send these people broke and shut them down!!! 

Starting off all raw on a sproutarian diet

The key to starting off eating 100% raw is to consume as many sprouts as you like. Old habits die hard (over eating), so take it easy and eat as much as you want...pack it down until you feel full. The easiest way to stick to all raw is to blend most of your food so you can consume large amounts of food. lf you try eating all the food it will take far too many hours to do, and if you juicing all of your food you will get hungry at the start and begin to cleanse too hard, so the key is to mostly blend, eat a small amount and to do some juicing. lf you mostly blend you will slowly detox and remain full so you won't be tempted to eat other heavier foods. Now...eating loads of blended sprouts isn't ideal (over eating never is ideal), but it is o.k to do until you adjust. After a short while of blending on the sproutarian diet you will notice you are getting cleaner and cleaner inside, and soon you will need less and less food. After a while you will be able to drink more sprout juices and drink less blended drinks. And after a longer time you will require far less food than you ever thought was possible. Even surviving on green juices, seed pastes, algaes and sea vegetables will be enough to build good muscle if you do 30+ minutes of weight bearing exercises, but try doing resistance exercises and then following by drinking wheatgrass juice or sunflower green juice and green algae within thirty minutes after exercising because consuming high amino acid foods straight after weight exercise builds muscle the fastest. Dr Ken Cooper with over 40 years of clinical research experience in exercise says that in order to be truely healthy we need 60 - 90 minutes of weight bearing exercise and 3 times a week, and 35 minutes of aerobic exercise 5 times a week. 

The highest quality meals possible

The ultimate aim is to reach a stage where you completely stop blending and mainly consume food that consists of sprouted juices and cold pressed sprouted seed/nut pastes and have some sprouts eaten. 

Blending has been shown scientifically to kill much of the nutrition in the food (more on this in another chapter), so it is best not to rely on blended sprout drinks for optimal nutrition. The key is to try and have an eating plan like the following: 

Morning

60 ml of wheatgrass juice

1 - 2 tablespoons of AFA powdered blue-green algae in filtered energised water

Some fruit (20 minutes later) 

lf you are a labourer, you might want to blend up some sprouted lentils, sprouted beans, sprouted greens and sprouted grains (30 - 40 minutes after the fruit). lf you labourers don't want to get up extra early for a long drawn out breakfast, skip the fruit and just have the blended sprouts 20 minutes after the wheatgrass juice. Or, at the worst, just have some algae and sprouted nut/seed paste with digestive enzymes...that still works well at 5am and will keep you tied over for many hours, and bring a few pieces of fruit to tie you over if you start getting peckish before noon.  After a while you probably wouldn't need such a heavy breakfast, but you labourers could try it for a start.

lf you are office staff, you might want to munch on some lentil sprouts if you get hungry mid morning, but after doing this diet for a while the mid morning hunger shouldn't be a problem. Try not to keep eating fruit, this never leads to good places because you will be forever chasing your tail never feeling satisfied and just eating and eating and eating.  Life is too short to be thinking about food all day, that's why the sproutarian diet is so good...it satisfies the cravings and shuts them down due the high level of amino acids and nourishment in the diet.   

 

Lunch 

1 - 2 tablespoons of kelp/dulse in flitered water

B12 soil based bacterial supplement

10 Chlorella tablets

2 - 3 digestive enzymes

Sprouted seed paste made from 5 - 6 tablespoons of sesame seeds or poppy seeds or sunflower seeds or flax seeds or a mixture, 

or  Sprouted nut paste 

That will fill you for many hours.  lf you have a juicer handy, juice some sprouts before the main lunch meal. 

 

Dinner 

Juice a tray of sunflower green sprouts with pea green sprouts or with alfalfa sprouts or chia green sprouts. Or can also mix buckwheat greens occasionally with fenugreek sprouts and broccoli sprouts etc. They key is to get a few cups of green juice into you; if you can do a green drink at lunch and at dinner, even better. 

10 - 15 Chlorella tablets or 5 - 10 spirulina tablets (20 minutes after the green juice)

2 - 3 digestive enzymes 

Another nut or seed paste of some type.

Note: no fat overload will happen because you are sprouting the nuts and seeds, so most of the fat is predigested into fatty acids. This is the best and safest way to eat high fat foods.  

 

Supper 

60 ml Wheatgrass juice 

1 - 2 pieces of fruit.  

 

Meal plans are easy and simple. The key is to have at least one sprouted cold pressed seed/nut paste a day, lots and lots of juiced sprouted greens (especially chia, sunflower, wheatgrass and pea shoot greens....have these sprouts at least five times a week), some sea vegetables and some algaes. This will give you the most nutritious diet humanly possible! Keep blending to a minimum. 

 

On a Saturday or Sunday, fast on weed juice all day.  

  

 

Starting out is tough

Staring out on the sproutarian diet is a shock to the system because you will be planting and watering sprouts every single day. Remember....you will be living on this food, so planting or soaking the occasional jar or tray of sprouts will no longer do. You may have to soak five jars of various seeds a night, water the big rotation of sprouts you already have, plant some seeds on trays of soil etc. This all takes time. At first it is a struggle because you won't be used to such a different lifestyle, but after six months it will start getting much easier and will feel normal (you are basically becoming a farmer and will have longer days because you are a farmer like many people were 100 years ago, and less time for t.v and other frivolous pursuits). And as you get much MUCH more energy, closer to nature and begin feeling much MUCH better, your time planting and attending to the sprouts will become a favourite pass time and you will start to sing with lots of pure joy because you feel so good and enjoy tending to your sprouted food. lf you stick with it, it WILL become much much easier. To get fully organised will take many months, so don't worry....it is a process that takes time. Lots of various seeds to collect, sprouters and jars and gauze to buy, soil trays to buy,  water filter that waters the soil based sprouts, pressure sprays, lots of shelves to build for the sunflower greens/wheatgrass/peashoot greens/chia seed greens, and lots of racks for the soil-less sprouts like alfalfa, lentils etc. Take your time, DON'T stress, and don't rush the process. It WILL be worth every minute of it.  You will be required to work 1 - 2 hours a day on average to manage your sprout garden. 

If you really want to experience the true energy from raw, this IS the best way to do it. No other way of eating compares to the sproutarian diet. But you need to stop being tied down by your stomach and taste buds, and you need to stop making compromises in raw eating. Train your taste buds to accept hard core raw sprouted foods and sea vegetables and the world will be your oyster! Also make sure you perfectly combine these foods for maximum effect. 

Compromises in raw eating is:

* food bought from farmers markets and stores 

* adding lots of oil/fat to the raw diet

* eating lots of fruit and vegetables

* incombining foods 

* blending

* dehydrating foods

* mixing lots of foods togeather

* high sugar/sweet foods/sweet fruits

 

If you avoid the compromises above and stick with the hard core foods, you will develop a sense of well being that will surpass your wildest dreams. So many make a sacrifice and go 100% raw, but so many people don't get the magic feelings of super well being that they dream of because they have a raw vegan diet full of compromises. lf you are going to do a raw vegan diet, don't do it 30% right, do it 100% all the way and reap the full benefits and live the way you are supposed to live.

Pea shoots and broccoli sprouts ready for juicing

This is one of the most important parts of the sproutarian diet - the green juices. It's the basis for a diet done at the highest level. When you juice these types of food every day you WILL feel the difference. Nothing touches this. It's best to use either a manual juicer or a slow turning electric juiicer from the highend of the market. I personally use the Angel juicer because it gets great results. Sproutarians go to lots of effort growing their own food, so we want nothing but the best juicers where nutrient loses are minimized. l would forget the midend juicers like the Champion and l would pay $900 for one of the better ones. It IS worth it. Use a manual juicer until you can save up for a  highend one. Before you get to this stage you need to be relatively detoxed to be able to consume the volume of juices l recommend, so start by blending these foods until you can make the transition. 

Blended green stay in the stomach for two hours. Green juices stay in the stomach between 15 - 20 minutes.  

 

 

 

 

Dulse - a true winner! (Part 1...Day 1)

I haven't had Dulse in ages, but in the last week l have been having two large tablespoons in a glass of water and drinking on an empty stomach. WOW...l felt the difference in the mind immediately the first night, the mind now feels really electrofied and more active than ever (l feel very different). Something is in dulse that even the best land foods (sprouts/grasses) don't contain, and not even the finest water foods like green and blue green algaes contain some of the magic in Dulse. The purple colour of Dulse is highly important in my opinion. 

 Weeds, dulse, algaes, sea weeds, grasses, sprouts are so important because they have their individual nutritents that your vegetables and fruits will never provide. If you aren't getting those foods into you on a regular basis you are truely missing out on the best of health. Forget the half dead packaged superfoods with all their marketing. The sea weeds, weeds, grasses, sprouts and algaes are the true super foods....all have their high levels of electromagnetic vibrations in place, and something like  packaged chia, shop bought nuts/fruits/vegetables could never provide that, not even close to providing what those foods l mentioned do.

 At the end of the day we need to forget the manmade science on vitamins and minerals and all the rest of the nonsense and forget about gurus promoting nonsense in the raw movement and just try and experience things for ourselves. Compare the raw vegie juices to the sprout juices over a month and see if you can feel the difference. Add in some sea weeds and see if it makes a difference. Combine the food properly and eat the foods l mentioned first before a heavier meal, and see if it makes a difference. l know it makes a HUGE difference, but do you?

 The most important of all the land foods are the sprouts, weeds and grasses. lf you don't have that for the basis of the diet then all those other great foods like the sea vegetables and algaes will only do so much. Those potent juices will get you 70% of the way there in the diet, and the other foods mentioned (sea vegetables/algaes) are just top ups for the other 30%. All the other foods like vegetables, dehydrates grains and most fruit are just the fun foods we are all addicted too (party foods), but they are still important to many people because of the physiological addiction they  have to those low level foods. 

 

 


Dulse  - a true winner! (Part 2...Day 5)

l had three large tablespoons of Dulse in a big cup of filtered water straight after having a large tablespoon of AFA blue green algae. Yet again the Dulse impacted the brain significantly. lt feels like my brain is using parts it has never used before, it feels clean and electrofied and really active. l feel like l have a mastermind. Weeds are great for the brain too, but it has nothing on Dulse. Maybe that's why they have Dulse available for each meal at the world famous Hippocrates Health Institute, there is something pretty special about that food and l am going to make sure l have it five days a week from now on. 

 Here are some notes l took a long time ago about water based super foods from a Brian Clement lecture:

 The sea vegetables have more ability to pick up the rays from the sun because the salt water dispurses the sunlight into many different rays of lights. 

 Dulse is a shallow water algae so it has the most sunlight from the land and in the water, that is why it is purple (U.V rays at very high levels). Btw: the highest energy field is actually purple…it’s even higher than green...it's the true spiritual colour.

 AFA/Chlorella picks up different rays of light and are different colours. Therefore Dulse picks up a certain frequency wave and the algaes pick up other frequencies. 

Fresh raw foods give off frequency. This is what keeps away disease or burns it out.
 
 lt's interesting how AFA blue-green algae also has the purple colour in it, and it does impact the mind, but to a much lesser extent. But full on purple water based super foods really seem to elevate the mind and impact the spiritual in my experience. The third eye (spiritual eye/wisdom eye) is strong right now, but it always is around full moon time. lf it is still strong in a few weeks it could well be true that Dulse is the spiritual food that people like Dr Brian Clement claim it to be.

Some of the power foods l consume

Todays treats - notice how light effects the AFA blue-green algae drink on the far right (see above and below photo...blue drink turns purple when light is on it. It also changes colour when you view it from different angles. Not all drinks are in the picture, just some of them. This is a great way  to impact a day nutritionally. All perfectly combined to get the most power and health benefit from the food. 

 1st cup = wakame (will eat with a folk and chew very carefully to extract maximum nutrition from the food)

 2nd cup = clover sprout juice (have a couple of those)

 3rd cup = Nori sea weed (will eat with a folk) 

 4th cup = AFA blue green algae

 

 Later will be the sprouted sesame seed milk and a few apples. If you eat like this you will only need one proper meal a day (sprouted seeds/nut milk) and you'll find it very very easy to build muscle with minimal effort, but it does take time to get to this level of eating. 

Best to soak Dulse flakes about 20 minutes before eating and the other sea vegetables about two hours before. Kelp powder can be drank  within minutes of being put in water.  


If you eat like this you only need one proper meal a day (sprouted seeds/nut milk) and you'll find it very very easy to build muscle with minimal effort.

4th cup = AFA blue green algae

Fresh water micro-algae - the highest level foods

 

 Spirulina blue-green algae: (top left) - third most effective algae according to 25 years of clinical research at HHI using over 100,000 people as subjects. But must be used sparingly because it contains high levels of tannins and phosphorous.

 Chlorella green algae: (botton of pic) - second most effective algae according to 25 years of clinical research at HHI using over 100,000 people as subjects.Essential for the modern age as a cleanser of heavy metal pollution. This is such an amazing food that l could write a book on this. It's my personal favourite.

 AFA blue-green algae: (top right) - most potent land food discovered and by far the most effective food used according to 15 years of clinical research. Scientific research on this algae is simply astounding...could write all day about this food.

l'll talk about these three foods in a lot more detail later.  

 

Sea vegetables - the second highest level foods

 Please note: the foods above need to be soaked in water so the swell up and become soft. Now...being the most potent foods doesn't mean that we should be only surviving on those foods, it doesn't work that way. These foods are the top offs to the diet. Land foods should always be the primary foods with the water based foods used in small amounts to complete the diet to maximise the possibility of getting full nutrition and health.

Weeds have a really hardcore taste and are always best juiced in a manual juicer to avoid  putting excess strain on an electric model. There is a big difference between true wild weeds and farm weeds. Weeds that get watered and babied on farms are not near as potent as wild forest weeds. Forest weeds will burn your mouth so you feel like a fire breathing dragon, but farm weeds will lack that extra bite.  

According to Dr Clement, weeds are about the same nutrition as soil-less sprouts. Weeds are mature plants, so by nature they are similar to a dark green vegetable in some ways, but they  far exceed the vegetables because their roots go deeper into the soil than any vegetable will ever go. That is what makes weeds the best mature grown plant of them all. Great food that offers a unique experience for the brain. 

Weeds can be high in oxalic acid so be careful to consume them sparingly, perhaps  twice a week at most.  Make sure you get them from an area where no sprays have been used or there are no run offs from major roads or other major pollution sources. Forest weeds is the best way to go, but even better is to collect weed seeds and grow baby immature greens in the form of weed sprouts

 

 

 

Raw food vegan diet levels for average people - founded on 55 years of clinical research at Hippocrates Health Institute and from my own experience

Level one = fruit-vegetable-nut-seed diet (all raw)

 Level two = sprout-weed-flower diet (all raw)

 Level three = sprout-weed-cereal grass diet (all raw)

 Level four = sprout-weed-flower-cereal grass-sea vegetable diet (all raw)

 Level five = sprout-weed-flower-cereal grass-sea vegetable-fresh water algae diet (all raw)

Level six =  sprout-weed-flower-cereal grass-sea vegetable-fresh water algae diet (all raw) + deep sound and light meditation (Quan Yin meditation)

 

Lots of things can effect these rankings such as blending and individual make-up, but this seems to be the general diet levels for raw vegans based on blood testing and health recovery for patients at HHI. The level 6 is my personal experience only. l find the Quan Yin meditation halves my sleep and makes my skin and eyes glow much better than the raw food diet itself, it brings the sproutarian diet to another level.  

Some folks do well on fruit and the natural hygiene diet, but most folks seem to need much more than a level 1 raw diet to get to the top level of health. The natural hygiene diet was never enough for me and l never felt much power from it because it was largely store bought food and lacking in electromagnetic vibrational frequency, and even freshly picked green vegetables never gave much power either, neither did fruit. Many people do fail on such level 1 diets, but when people go onto a level 2 things get more sustainable for the average person because the diet is far more nutritious, but most importantly is that it is fresh and high in electrical frequency - that is the key!!!  

 The water based foods have a unique cellular structure that helps keep the electromagnetic frequency in the foods for up to two years according to Dr Valerie Hunt. Land foods start losing it straight after harvesting from the soil, that's why l feel the natural hygiene diet has high failure rates, it lacks electrical frequency and nutrition required for the modern age. l will write a lot more about this in time. 

When food is blended the frequency levels drop further and the ranking drops. When food is dehydrated the same thing occurs. l'll talk more about this important subject later on.
