I am an avid new sprouter, and want to make sprouts my main protein, iron, carbohydrate, fat, probiotics, b-vitamins, minerals (in most cases), and <insert whatever else it turns out sprouts are an all-sufficient food for>, SOURCE!!!!!

I really can't believe sprouts can truly be super rich and powerful in all the above things, sprouts truly is the king of (raw) vegan diets! Which means king of all diets ;). After many months, I think I have found the best diet to serve me for the rest of my life! It's only a small part of an all-natural lifestyle, but one where, combined with other powerful factors, it truly works and rewards for the best health a human can possibly seek on this planet!

I didn't purposefully say 'right I wanna go raw vegan' and ended up a sproutarian because of that desire - I'm not one of those 'labels' / fad followers obsessed with buzzwords like 'HCRV', paleo this, or ketogenic that - I've just had a few basic but important large rationales (like no animal foods, and even in plant foods, as simple and original a source of nutrients as possible), a few ephinaies on the way (like the fact that meditative eating and super chewing can be a SUPPLANTER of cooking, blending, or juicing food!), and here I am, having discovered that sprouts are an incredible plant source for protein and at the same, all the things mentioned above anyway - clearly, it's the highest possible quality instance of carbs that you can possibly eat on the PLANET.

I also wanna get into raw microgreens too, and experiment with different stages of sprouting / green shoot stages to see what they all give (trade-off wise) nutritionally!

I've got much to learn, but in the end I'll be an expert I'm sure! My other primary source of foods I want to be weeds, and then lastly I want to combine the two ideas and sprout wildcrafted seeds of all sorts, and carefully learn what's safe (and nutrionally amazing) out there, eventually!

Im a jeweler/artist,free spirit, vegan,animal lover,natural healer developing my gifts.

I attended Hippocrates health institute for the three week life transformation program due to poor health from black mold exposure and candida imbalance,the raw LIVING sproutarian diet not only resolved my symptoms but made me feel better than I ever have in my life mind body and spirit,helping me balance out after years of emotional ups and downs and depression,that I now know were from unhealthy lifestyle,toxicity and  nutrient deficiencies.

I'm looking to connect with other sproutarian/or people interested in the lifestyle for support and to learn more.

Hi!  I have practiced a high raw diet for about 6 years.  I feel the science in sprouting seems sound and want to incorporate more sprouts in my diet.  

There is definitely more satisfaction in eating something I've grown rather than going to the store and woofing down 7 bananas.

Hey

24 Years old from Oslo , Norway

I'm just starting out with regards to sprouting, have been reading about it for quite a while, and have watched alot of Dr. Brian Clemets videos on YouTube,  im still eating meat though, working my way out at the moment.

Training Martial Arts 5 days a week, so i will have to sprout alot to be able to endure the training without eating food from the store(what i think at the moment, might not need to sprout alot more)
